Payment Verification
All purchases made through Elnovaire are subject to payment authorization, identity verification, and fraud-prevention screening.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may request additional information, decline the transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold on your account. These decisions and processing times are determined by the relevant financial institution and are outside the control of Elnovaire.
An order will not be confirmed for processing until payment has been successfully authorized.

Although reasonable security measures are used, no online payment system or electronic transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Elnovaire does not directly store complete credit or debit card details.
Product Prices and Additional Charges
The price of each jewelry item, along with any applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total, will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully confirmed.
If you purchase in a currency different from the currency used by your bank or card issuer, additional foreign exchange fees, currency conversion charges, or bank processing fees may apply. These charges are determined by your financial institution and are not collected or controlled by Elnovaire.
Discount and Promotional Codes
Promotional codes must be entered in the designated field before checkout is completed. Each offer is subject to its stated validity period, eligibility requirements, product exclusions, and usage limitations.
Unless otherwise specified, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, applied to gift cards, exchanged for cash, or added retroactively to an order that has already been placed.
Elnovaire reserves the right to cancel or refuse any promotional code that has expired, been misused, or was issued in error.
Order Confirmation
After successful payment, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please review the product details, jewelry specifications, quantity, delivery address, and contact information carefully.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, certain changes may no longer be possible.
